We are seeking an exceptional Visual Arts Educator to join our all-star team and help us bring creativity, inspiration, and meaningful art experiences to our students.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to elevate young artists, build confidence, and guide students through artistic exploration in a structured, encouraging environment. Our educators are leaders, mentors, and role models—and they play a huge part in shaping the culture of our studio.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you want to make an impact, take ownership of your craft, and be part of a supportive and forward-moving team, we’d love to meet you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>💡 <em>If you’re looking for a short-term gig, something to “test out,” or a filler job between opportunities—this will not be the right studio for you.</em> We are searching for educators who value consistency, professionalism, and long-term growth within our community.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p>These are our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">core program hours</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM</li>\n<li>Thursday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM</li>\n<li>Friday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM</li>\n<li>Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Art classes will be scheduled within this window. Teachers will not be scheduled for every hour listed, however:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">open, consistent availability during these hours</span>.</li>\n<li>The specific class schedule will be assigned based on program needs and may change or grow seasonally.</li>\n<li>Applicants with recurring conflicts during these times (other jobs, weekly rehearsals or classes, etc.) are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">not a fit for this position</span>.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">✅ <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Versatile &amp; Classroom Leadership</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and lead engaging, structured, age-appropriate visual arts lessons.</li>\n<li>Maintain an organized, inspiring, and safe classroom environment.</li>\n<li>Introduce students to foundational art techniques and creative exploration.</li>\n<li>Support students of all levels through encouragement, clear direction, and effective feedback.</li>\n<li>Take attendance consistently, track progression, and support students’ artistic journeys.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Student &amp;
