Assignments may include duties such as order selecting, truck loading, unloading, receiving, replenishing, counting inventory, and dock management. Some roles may require experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. The position reports directly to the Warehouse Managers, Director of Operations, VPs, Branch Managers, and Ownership. This is a non-exempt position. Roles are assigned based on experience and performance.</p><p><strong>Primary Objectives</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Professionalism</li><li>Communication</li><li>Positive Attitude</li><li>Attendance<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including a 4 or 5 day work week</li></ul></li><li>Maintain a neat and clean physical appearance</li><li>Perform warehouse duties such as truck loading, order picking/building, inventory management, etc.</li><li>Perform Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions using technology (iPod/iPad)</li><li>Safely and properly operate forklifts and/or walkie-riders<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Maintain certification(s) required to operate equipment</li><li>Preserve general maintenance of equipment</li></ul></li><li>Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Load and unload delivery trucks&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Properly rotate stock according to Anheuser Busch</li><li>Uphold appearance and sanitation of facility</li><li>Handle inventory safely and carefully</li><li>Prepare and sort damaged product for repack</li><li>Report any and all safety concerns immediately</li><li>Continued education programs as required<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Encompass Training</li><li>BrewU curriculum/courses</li><li>Safety compliance knowledge</li><li>Understanding of the total product portfolio (brands and packages)</li></ul></li><li>Complete any additional tasks assigned by management team</li></ul><p><strong>Development of the Position</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Education of company procedures, policies, and services</li></ul><p><strong>General Warehouse Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Enthusiastic team player interested in positive company growth</li><li>Understanding of company policies and the ability to adhere to them</li><li>Ability to read code dates, product labels, and racking labels</li><li>Basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting</li><li>Forklift certification &amp; experience (for certain roles)</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of High School Diploma or GED</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
