    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Title:&nbsp;</strong>Assembly Technician II</p><p><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Production Supervisor</p><p><strong>Direct Reports (Yes/No):&nbsp;</strong>No</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The role of the Assembly Technician II is to perform and ensure production assembly tasks are actively completed to meet production schedules while upholding the highest level of Quality. The Assembly Technician II will assemble products by using a variety of hand and power tools, soldering irons, fixtures, work instructions and various other equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble medical devices. On occasion, the Assembly Technician II is expected to train other assemblers in mechanical and electrical assemblies.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Understand, support, and comply with the Company Quality System requirements.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment.</li><li>Follow the standard operating procedures and written work instructions.</li><li>Openly communicate with the Company team members</li><li>Work with Supervisor, Lead assembler and other production assemblers to produce customer products while ensuring that Quality, production requirements and goals are achieved.</li><li>Complete required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements.</li><li>Capability to perform production tasks of, wire crimping, and minor sub assembly fabrication.</li><li>Comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Perform chassis and final build level of product assembly.</li><li>Understand blueprints and/or assembly instructions as well as hardware call out requirements.</li><li>Ability to perform soldering tasks is beneficial.</li><li>Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials, and labor</li><li>Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Production Supervisor</li><li>Take on special projects as assigned.</li><li>Training other employees when necessary.</li><li>Completes daily work to meet established schedule with guidance from supervisor on prioritization of tasks.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Other duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Verifies work affecting quality independently and has the authority to perform these tasks as stated in the responsibilities section.</li><li>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
