    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong><u>WORK LOCATION, SCHEDULE &amp; TRAVEL</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>This position will be based out of either&nbsp;<i>Birmingham, AL or Forest Park, GA (metro Atlanta)&nbsp;</i></span></li>\n <li><span>Hybrid work schedule (both in-office and telecommute); currently four (4) days in-office and one (1) day telecommute.</span></li>\n <li><span>Some relocation assistance may be available if you do not already live within a reasonable commute distance.</span></li>\n <li><span>This position will require some travel (day and overnight, up to 25%) and the ability to work successfully in a remote/virtual environment with access to internet service.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span>This position will provide leadership, guidance and direction to Substation Physical Equipment &amp; Standards and serve as a technical resource in the Substation Physical area to design, operations and field personnel.
