Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments in alignment with licensure and training, including customized facials, chemical peels, and body treatments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct comprehensive consultations, including skin analysis, goal setting, and development of personalized skincare plans in collaboration with aesthetic injectors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide clear, thorough pre- and post-treatment guidance to support optimal outcomes and client satisfaction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting in accordance with practice standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recommend and educate clients on appropriate skincare products and treatment pathways that support long-term skin health</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and infection control</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support clinic initiatives including service launches, promotions, and membership programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to clinic performance by meeting individual and team-based revenue, utilization, and retail goals;
