They act as the point person for all backstage operations, working with conductors, performers, and crew members to ensure a smooth and successful performance for everyone.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <p>You must be a current member of the MTD Performance Crew to apply for this opportunity. &nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Ensure concerts start in a timely manner, controlling the flow of audience members into and out of recital halls and performance spaces.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Direct stage crew and ushers in safety practices and concert etiquette for recital proceedings.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead stage crew members in stage changes during performances, moving instruments and furniture in the most efficient manner possible.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Support performers during their event backstage, overseeing entrances and exits to and from stage and keeping time.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Communicate in advance and day-of with performers/event organizers to gather stage diagrams and flow of event details.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Meet weekly with other House Managers and Zachary McDonald to discuss responsibilities and work as a team to solve problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p>Pay Range: $16.30 - $16.45</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:500; padding:4px 0px 0px 8px\">\n  Hiring Manager: <span>Zachary McDonald</span>\n </div>\n</div>",
