This role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to revenue growth through exceptional customer service and proactive sales strategies. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with our regional team to rent and sell our specialty engineered products, which include temporary air conditioning, air-cooled chillers, rental cooling towers, electric and IDF heaters, desiccant and LGR dehumidification systems, generators, load banks, and electrical distribution solutions. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.</p><p><strong><u>Job Duties/Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support the sales team in developing and establishing new rental accounts.</li><li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of, and effectively communicate, our full range of turnkey services to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with technical sales staff to provide accurate equipment sizing, professional quotes, credit authorization assistance, problem resolution, and follow-through.</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing accounts by offering information about additional products and services provided by Mobile Air.</li><li>Assist in the coordination and implementation of new services for customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.</li><li>Support National Accounts with order processing and invoicing management.</li><li>Work closely with operations staff to follow up with customers regarding invoices and payment status.</li><li>Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>A bachelor&#39;s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education in a related field.</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office Suite.</li><li>Understanding of key account management principles.</li><li>Familiarity with HVAC systems, dehumidification processes, generators, and power distribution equipment is highly desirable.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to work additional hours during peak seasons or as directed by management.</li><li>A genuine desire to learn and develop in the role.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure</li><li>Company-issued phone, computer, and necessary equipment</li><li>Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401k plan with company match</li><li>Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)</li><li>Career development</li><li>Employee discount programs</li></ul><p>If you are an ambitious and dedicated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we invite you to apply and become part of the Mobile Air team!</p><p>#LI-Onsite</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
