      "text": "What are we looking for?",
      "content": "\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>3+ years plant/warehouse leadership experience (or relatable experience)</strong></li>\n<li>Mechanical background</li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Familiar with OSHA and similar guidelines</strong></li>\n<li>Proven experience in improving processes and procedures</li>\n<li>Occasionally working in confined spaces; extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing. <strong>Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 300 pounds;</strong></li>\n<li>Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning while lifting weights of less than fifty (50) pounds;</li>\n<li>Standing for extended periods of time.</li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be required to complete a medical exam (including drug screen), police clearance check and reference checks.</li>\n<li>Works well with others and can motivate people you work with.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills both written and verbal with record-keeping discipline</li>\n<li>Ability to work weekends, holidays or flex hours as needed by production demands</li>\n"
