Logistics Lead will be responsible for performing any operational function necessary to ensure production as well as any customer order is fulfilled accurately and in a timely fashion under the direction of the Logistics Manager or supervisor.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains proper operational adherence to the company SOP&rsquo;s, attendance policies and safety policy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs training of all new hires in BRC, GMP and ensures Forklift Training completion.&nbsp;</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as may be assigned or volunteered for.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures all equipment is in good working order.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures seamless shift changeover if directed by Logistics Manager (i.e., Operational Shift Summary/Transfers/Releases/etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Based upon daily production/transfer/inbound/outbound schedules will determine proper assignment of hours to handle workload and minimize any production down time and carrier detention fees.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Make sure any release requests to appropriate facilities have been made if there is an immediate need for materials for current day production per the Supply &amp; Demand Coordinator.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verifies and corrects quantities used on daily purchase orders to match quantities counted by Inventory Specialist.
