The Strategic Internal Consultant position offers a launch pad into different areas of the business, with room to grow within the organization and build a long-term career. You’ll be at the center of driving our strategic initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver high-value outcomes that align with our business goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position is hybrid out of any AmTrust office. 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development of comprehensive business strategies and target operating models in partnership with leadership.</li>\n <li>Conduct business capability discovery, analysis and define capabilities needed to meet business objectives, transforming business strategy into a tactical roadmap. </li>\n <li>Perform research and current state analysis; define challenges and pain points to identify improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects.</li>\n <li>Partner with Product Owners and Delivery/Execution team in the identification and hand off of high-level business requirements for technical development.</li>\n <li>Leverage critical- thinking and problem-solving skills to identify potential solutions and mitigate risks in ambiguous scenarios; while maintaining a proactive, agile approach.</li>\n <li>Provide transparency to key stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues and proposing recommendations while maintaining realistic expectations with key stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Develop full scale project plans, define, track and deliver project milestones and benefits.</li>\n <li>In partnership with the business, implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires 2+ years of management consulting experience</li>\n <li>MBA preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of property and casualty insurance business, industry and market dynamics preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated business experience with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement and /or business architecture. </li>\n <li>Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected information, analyze data, identify patterns and articulate relevance </li>\n <li>Ability to convey ideas and information in simple and easy to understand ways.</li>\n <li> Experience in developing strong, trusted partnerships across all levels and partners in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization to drive outcomes. </li>\n <li>Highly adaptable, with the ability to proactively accommodate shifting priorities and aggressive timelines.</li>\n <li>A high degree of comfort and effectiveness in navigating ambiguity and creating clarity in fast moving environments.</li>\n <li>Data and financial analysis skills</li>\n <li>Product Management experience</li>\n <li>Agile Development lifecycle experience</li>\n <li>Process improvement experience</li>\n <li>Program Management experience</li>\n <li>Change Management experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The expected salary range for this role is $126,200-$150,000/year.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
