This role also supports FP&amp;A through variance and trend analysis, budgeting/forecasting support, and executive-ready insights while partnering across the organization to improve processes and guide change during the Dynamics 365 ERP migration.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support global finance and operational reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support and continuously improve analytics during and after the organization&rsquo;s ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that drive insight across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain standardized KPI reporting for:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Revenue, cost, margin, and profitability</li><li>Inventory turns, slow &amp; obsolete inventory, and Kanban performance</li><li>On-time delivery, safety, and quality metrics</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting environments.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>FP&amp;A Support</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide ongoing financial analysis, including:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Monthly actuals vs. budget/forecast variance analysis</li><li>Trend analysis and performance drivers</li><li>Ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support management presentations and executive-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with the Controller and FP&amp;A team on improving financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with Operations and Manufacturing to analyze production, inventory, and performance data.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting processes, and data flows; recommend and help implement solutions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document reporting logic, data definitions, and user guidance; assist with training business users on Power BI and financial reports.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support change management as the organization transitions to new systems and analytics platforms.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or analytics ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI (or similar BI tools with demonstrated Power BI migration experience).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Solid understanding of financial statements, cost structures, and operational drivers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across global and cross-functional teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office ecosystem.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar Tier 1 ERP systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior involvement in ERP implementations or system migrations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">FP&amp;A, budgeting, or forecasting experience in a global or multi-entity environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, or 80/20 analysis.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, or data integration concepts.</li></ul></div><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">The expected salary for this position is between $86,985.00 and $116,995.00.
