In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for caregivers during a pivotal moment, helping them understand their options and confidently take the next step toward care. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, manage a high volume of calls, and ensure admissions are handled accurately and efficiently. Your work will play a meaningful role in connecting youth and families to the support they need.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Educate families about Embark’s services and continuum of care, assess student fit, present cases to the clinical team, and advocate for both the student and their family throughout the admissions process </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide informed consent to prospective families by reviewing insurance benefits, financial responsibility, and the creation of good faith estimates  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Plan and coordinate admissions logistics in collaboration with the Admissions Director, onsite teams, and prospective families while balancing Average Daily Census (ADC) and minimum wait time goals.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with case management up to 1–4 hours per week, supporting residents in SUD services and state placements, completing documentation, and coordinating calls between residents and external providers </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work in collaboration with the Admissions Director to maintain awareness of bed space availability and census needs to relevant stakeholders.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>In collaboration with the Admissions Director, serve as a communication bridge between the clinical team, utilization review team, and leadership teams by sharing updates, trends, and strategic insights to better the admissions experience for enrolling families.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Document all calls, emails, and activities with prospective families efficiently in Sales Force, and collect accurate and timely payment from families upon admission.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Organize and lead family and referral partner tours in partnership with the Director of Clinical Partnership (DCP) and on-site team.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide appropriate resources and referrals to families who are not a fit for Embark programs.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work closely with the Admissions and Executive Director to determine admissions and programmatic needs and problem solve accordingly.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide support for a few hours one weekend per month, as needed.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for (Preferred):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in counseling a plus!</li>\n <li>Experience with case management and care coordination</li>\n <li>Sales or marketing experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment </li>\n <li>Ability to confidently handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and urgency.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of DSM-V and behavioral health terminology </li>\n <li>Personable, empathetic, and professional approach when supporting individuals and families in crisis</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field</li>\n <li>Experience working in a behavioral health or human services setting</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey with us!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Become the Best of the Best:</strong> Access to an established Mastery Program that offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li><strong>Proven Positive Outcomes:</strong> You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that your work is making a tangible difference in young adults and adolescent lives. </li>\n <li><strong>Holistic Family Approach:</strong> Embark recognizes the importance of treating families which is crucial for sustained recovery and well-being for teens.</li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefit Program</strong> that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, 401K with company matching, PTO, and paid parental leave.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you're ready to be part of a dedicated team making a lasting impact on young lives in our community, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
