          "text": "<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>Ten Mile Square is looking for a talented Software Engineer in Test (SDET) who is passionate about technology to join our growing team of product, technology, and software professionals. The initial assignment for the new position is to develop a loan origination system for a financial services enterprise. The successful candidate will work with highly experienced team leads and have an opportunity to learn new technologies, while refining fundamental skills.</p><p>Salary (Base + Standard Bonus at plan): $149,500 ($130K + $19.5K).</p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the test automation efforts for a loan origination system using Node, Apollo GraphQL, Angular, Camunda, and a suite of AWS components including but not limited to EKS, Lambda, S3, MSK, and Aurora.</li><li>Collaborate with SDETs in the organization.</li><li>Design test plans for the system</li><li>Create automated end-to-end and contract tests</li><li>Create a performance testing framework and run performance tests on the system being developed</li><li>Direct junior test engineers in their automated and manual testing efforts</li><li>Work with the product team to determine what constitutes an effectively tested system</li><li>Contribute as member of an Agile team and promote&#xa0;Agile practices</li><li>Proactively collaborate with the Ten Mile team on development and knowledge sharing</li><li>Represent yourself and Ten Mile Square with integrity, expertise, and value</li><li>Maintain the confidentiality of our clients on an ongoing basis</li><li>Facilitate the hiring and onboarding of other Software Engineers in Test</li></ul>",
