font-size: 10pt\">Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and testable UI components following modern design patterns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate on full-stack implementations, integrating frontend applications with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure optimal application performance, accessibility (WCAG standards), and cross-browser compatibility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to backend integrations and server-side logic (Node.js or other backend technologies as required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 4–5 years focused extensively on ReactJS and modern frontend ecosystems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Deep understanding of ReactJS fundamentals, hooks, state management patterns, and component-driven architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns and scalable project structure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
