Come join the team and experience what it's like to&nbsp;<i>be a part of a company that also works for&nbsp;<b>YOU</b></i>.</li><li>Sila doesn’t just provide services – we craft experiences, forge connections, and build lasting relationships.</li><div><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></div><li>Experience operating CCTV/sewer-inspection camera systems: setting up the camera, launching from manholes, positioning, controlling lighting, capturing video.</li><li>Knowledge of wastewater collection systems, manholes, sewer mains, laterals, and how condition issues appear on video (e.g., cracks, root intrusion, infiltration, blockages).</li><li>Ability to interact with other teams (maintenance/repair crews, engineers, customers/community) and provide feedback on inspection results or required remediation.</li><li>Ability to write clear inspection reports, document findings (video logs, photographs, condition codes).</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols: traffic control when working on street or in roadways, personal protective equipment (PPE), OSHA or equivalent; perhaps confined-space training/certification.</li><li>Run sewer sales calls that are predominately set by our sewer service technicians</li><li>Camera and inspect the line to determine the scope of work necessary</li><li>Present the solution and walk the customer through their buying process</li><li>Facilitate sales by coordinating with insurance adjusters and securing financing</li><li>Follow up on unsold estimates</li><li>Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth job</li><li>Follow up with completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction</li><div><b>Qualifications</b></div><li><b>- </b>Service Titan Knowledge</li><li>- Certification in inspection protocol (e.g., NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP) is preferred.</li><li>- Wastewater collection system operator license is preferred.</li><div><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></div><li>Strong customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency.</li><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>3+ years of related field experience.</li><li>&nbsp;Some exposure to plumbing,      utility work, or mechanical/electrical systems.</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces.</li><li><b>Compensation</b></li><li>$150,000 annually in commissions</li><div><br></div><li><b>Core Values:</b></li><li>People First</li><li>Customer Excellence</li><li>Integrity Always</li><li>Results-Driven</li><li>Community-Centered</li><li>Fun at Heart</li><div><br></div>"
