    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The role of the Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral treatment plans implemented by the RBT’s for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. The BCBA also consults with and teaches RBT’s pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties/Responsibilities</p>\n<p><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </em> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide weekly supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT's) working with clients.</li>\n <li>Develop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA.</li>\n <li>Train each staff member on their client’s specific behavior treatment plan.</li>\n <li>Continuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective.</li>\n <li>Modify any programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered.</li>\n <li>Conduct assessments not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS upon intake and every 6 months, thereafter.</li>\n <li>Track all authorizations dates for clients and update all treatment plans before authorizations expire.</li>\n <li>Monitor and adjust behavior plan throughout treatment period in accordance with the child’s progression.</li>\n <li>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.</li>\n <li>Participate in bi-weekly BCBA group meetings and monthly 1:1 meeting with the Clinical Integrity Officer (CIO) to discuss client progress or concerns.</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervising those employees who are working towards certification for Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) or Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).</li>\n <li>Conduct weekly competencies for newly hired RBTs and monthly competencies for RBTs who have been with the company longer than 1 month.</li>\n <li>Review RBTs session notes for accuracy and provide detailed feedback to RBT(s).</li>\n <li>Providing initial corrective feedback to RBTs, when needed, as part of progressive disciplinary action procedures.</li>\n <li>Conduct minimum of one hour of supervision per ten (10) hours that the technician works.</li>\n <li>Conduct parent training at least once per month in accordance with insurance and company requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional duties to be assigned by COD/CIO may include but are not limited to:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Scheduling Mandatory Bi-Monthly RBT meetings\n  <ul>\n   <li>Through zoom/google hangouts or in person</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Scheduling Optional Monthly Clinical RBT trainings\n  <ul>\n   <li>Through zoom/google hangouts or in person</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assisting with Senior RBTs\n  <ul>\n   <li>Monthly meetings</li>\n   <li>Discussion of roles and responsibilities</li>\n   <li>Follow up on projects and assignments</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assisting with new BCBAs\n  <ul>\n   <li>Point of contact for CR and Catalyst questions</li>\n   <li>Mentor for time management, caseload management</li>\n   <li>Assigned components of new BCBA training (e.g. CR and Catalyst)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assisting with current BCBAs\n  <ul>\n   <li>When new RBTs start w/ company letting other BCBAs know that acquisition competencies need to start</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assisting with new hire RBT trainings and RBT 101 trainings (if applicable)\n  <ul>\n   <li>Skills refresher trainings as needed</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assisting with student analyst program\n  <ul>\n   <li>Scheduling</li>\n   <li>Answering questions from BCBAs about curriculum and assignments</li>\n   <li>Answering student analyst questions</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Assisting with social skills group\n  <ul>\n   <li>Reviewing lesson plans</li>\n   <li>Once a week supervising social skills group</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required</li>\n <li>A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices</li>\n <li>Displays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.</li>\n <li>A minimum of one year working with children with autism spectrum disorders.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in supervision preferred.</li>\n <li>CEU for Supervision Requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional eligibility requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB</li>\n <li>Must abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smart phone</li>\n <li>Work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff</li>\n <li>Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude</li>\n <li>Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively, both oral and written</li>\n <li>Consistently meets billable hours goals as BCBA / Clinical Supervisor</li>\n <li>Must not be on disciplinary action</li>\n <li>Received passing scores on monthly evaluations for last 6 months</li>\n <li>Scored 90% on RBT reviews for past quarter</li>\n <li>Must have experience with supervising students and received passing score of 90% on evaluation from students</li>\n <li>Consistently requests and completes value add activities when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work in a combination of settings including but not limited to:  in home, school, and community settings</li>\n <li>Noise Level is moderate to loud</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a
