As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with other team members and report to our Director of Permanency Services.\\n\\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\\n\\n\\n\\tMaintain responsibility for supervision of children assigned to direct reports.\\n\\tAccept cases from the Department for Children and Families (DCF) and assign to appropriate team members, within policy &amp; procedure.\\n\\tBe accessible by phone after hours, holidays and weekends, when assigned as the on call supervisor.\\n\\tLead team in achieving CFSR outcomes as identified in state grant.\\n\\tAttend Case Plan and engagement meetings with team members as well as court hearings.\\n\\tApprove and sign outgoing documents generated by team members including court reports, social histories, case plans, BIS documentation, adoption home studies, etc.\\n\\n\\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING:\\n\\nOur ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of work experience in child welfare case management services and the following:\\n\\n\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree in social work or other human services related field is required.\\n\\tLicensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas is preferred.\\n\\tMaster&rsquo;s degree in social work or other human services related field&nbsp;is preferred.\\n\\tAt least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.\\n\\tA valid driver&rsquo;s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.\\n\\n\\nWHO WE ARE:\\n\\nCornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives.
