From wellness necessities and household essentials to the finest of self-care, each product that we offer is crafted with the utmost quality, care, and love.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Position:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Rowe Casa is looking to add to our production team!  As a member of the production team, you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products.  Production is the heartbeat of Rowe Casa and is where the majority of our products are made.  This position is a full-time position.  Scheduled hours and days may vary depending on shift assigned.  Shifts may be any day Monday – Saturday between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm (x4 10-hour shifts will be available and assigned).  Some overtime (nights and weekends) may be required from time to time.  This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the Production Supervisor.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Follow product recipes and processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of each product and the proper manufacturing process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Able to meet key deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Understanding of a commercial kitchen environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Safety minded</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> High attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Good attitude and a team player<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Understand measurements and recipes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Able to stand/walk for long periods of time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Able to lift 50lbs</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Experience in natural and organic product industry</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
