Ce rôle ne se substitue pas aux responsables de discipline qui gèrent l'estimation, la planification, les affaires juridiques ou la SST : il les coordonne. Le mandat consiste à apporter une stratégie de soumission unifiée, une propriété claire des livrables et une exécution intégrée à chaque appel d'offres significatif.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Il s'agit d'un rôle transversal offrant une visibilité sur l'ensemble du portefeuille Broccolini. La personne retenue travaillera directement avec la haute direction et devra faire preuve d'un haut degré d'autonomie, d'influence sans autorité hiérarchique, et d'une imputabilité orientée vers les résultats.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; This role does not replace the discipline leads who own estimating, scheduling, legal, or HSE – it coordinates them. The mandate is to bring a single pursuit strategy, clear deliverable ownership, and integrated execution to every significant bid we undertake.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>This is a cross-business-unit role with visibility across the full Broccolini portfolio.
