This role is located in Pune, India.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively</li>\n <li>Own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, including software delivery and operating models, where applicable</li>\n <li>Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team</li>\n <li>Facilitate release planning with stakeholders</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements</li>\n <li>Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production, and communicating with stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support messaging, communication and client outreach as necessary</li>\n <li>Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as a product owner and with agile ways of working, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization</li>\n <li>Experience articulating a roadmap</li>\n <li>Some relevant institutional banking domain expertise and knowledge, ideally in the Custody business and trade/instruction capture</li>\n <li>Experience with leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a complex organization</li>\n <li>Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, both with team and executives</li>\n <li>Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team</li>\n <li>Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress mindset &amp; behaviours</li>\n <li>Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas</li>\n <li>Outcome-oriented</li>\n <li>Non-hierarchical, transparent, trusting, trustworthy</li>\n <li>Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same</li>\n <li>Comfortable escalating issues &amp; blockers for resolution</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:<br>\n BNY Newsroom<br>\n BNY LinkedIn</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li>\n <li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li>\n <li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">Our Benefits and Rewards:<br>\n BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
