We are passionate about continuous growth, innovation, and maintaining a culture that thrives on success and commitment to safety. <strong>Our mission? <em>To be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The <strong>Financial Analyst</strong> will be an individual contributor reporting to the Finance Manager, working closely with the CFO and VP of Finance, and other members of the finance organization with a focus on enhancing our financial reporting and analysis in addition to improving processes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role that will directly contribute to the continuous growth of the largest full-service fire protection company in the Northeast. <strong>This role will be challenging but extremely rewarding.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Passionately committed to the success of yourself, your team, and Encore.</li>\n <li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner and have a passion for continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Maintain an unwavering belief that putting in that extra effort does not go unnoticed in the long run.</li>\n <li>You're a natural collaborator who enjoys partnering with various teams across the organization to help guide strategic decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the preparation of monthly reporting packages, including analysis, for internal distribution to the executive team and external reporting to our private equity partner. </li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.</li>\n <li>Financial modeling and analysis, including operational/productivity measures.</li>\n <li>Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting activities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with different departments to provide financial guidance on projects, investments, and business opportunities.</li>\n <li>Maintain and improve financial planning and reporting tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You'll Need to Do It</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years of related financial experience including advanced financial planning and analysis. Experience in a PE-backed setting or Transactional Services in a CPA firm (QOE modelling/work) is a plus</li>\n <li>Intimate understanding the relationships that exist within a P&L as well comprehension of Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools and databases is a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role.
