  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->• Accurately and efficiently executes airend rebuilds<br>• Troubleshoots, overhauls, repairs and tests compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps and other industrial products<br>• Balances rotor assemblies to specifications<br>• Performs mechanical work on compressors, related products, building equipment and equipment<br>• Provides professional troubleshooting and technical services in person or over the phone<br>• Provides a high level of customer service in response to customer needs and satisfies their expectations<br>• Promotes and practices proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times<br>• Maintains a high level of quality control<br>• Ensures all service equipment and tools are in good working order, clean and properly repaired including proper tooling and equipment calibration<br>• Prepares and provides various reports as directed including but not limited to maintaining accurate records on airend rebuild, equipment and preventative maintenance programs<br>• Completes customer work order forms and other job-related paperwork timely and accurately<br>• Trains and assists other Service Technicians<br>• Maintains cleanliness of shop<br>• Optimizes sales potential with customers<br>• Performs other related duties as assigned by management<br><br>Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.</div>",
