The successful candidate will play a key role in providing behavior analysis services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and training school staff and families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#Onsite</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.</li>\n <li>Provide direct behavior analysis services, including functional communication training, discrete trial training, and naturalistic teaching strategies, to students with ASD and related disorders.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with school teams, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers, to implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency across settings.</li>\n <li>Train school staff and families on behavior management strategies, data collection methods, and behavior intervention techniques, providing ongoing support and supervision as needed.</li>\n <li>Monitor students' progress and behavior data, making data-based decisions and adjustments to behavior intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.</li>\n <li>Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing behavior analysis expertise and recommendations for educational programming and services.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and confidential records of behavior assessments, intervention plans, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.</li>\n <li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a behavior analyst in the state of practice.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working as a BCBA or behavior analyst in a school or educational setting.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methods, and techniques, with a focus on applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions for individuals with ASD and related disabilities.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in assessment, data collection, and data analysis techniques.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Flexible work arrangements</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
