We are Building a Better Environment!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Ulliman Schutte is a national leader in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and associated utility work.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">We are seeking experienced construction jobsite Pipelayers for our construction site in Northern Virginia.  This is a stable, multi-year project on a large site where we are building critical infrastructure to provide clean water to the region.  <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Industry leading benefits include competitive wages, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #263f6a; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Pipe Layer Daily Life</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work safely on large diameter ductile iron and PCCP pipe installations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prep ground, cut/align pipes, and seal joints.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with project Superintendent to prioritize work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Use concepts, procedures, and practices common for Pipe Layers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Outdoor work with all types of weather.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #263f6a; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Pipe Layer Must Haves</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and grades.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of pipe, joints, aggregates, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>At least one (1) year experience as a Pipe Layer.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #263f6a; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Pipe Layer Nice to Haves</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Completion of formal training or apprenticeship.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">**All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screening and physical.**</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #263f6a; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">LIFE WITH US</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Ulliman Schutte is a construction industry leader because of its people.
