          "text": "<p>Compass Government Solutions is seeking a<strong>&#xa0;Referral Management Services Clerk&#xa0;</strong>to support the Puget Sound Military Appointing Center (PSMAC). Puget Sound Military Appointing Center (PSMAC) is the primary centralized service hub for appointment services, referral management, and care coordination for PSMHS beneficiaries. This role helps ensure timely access to high-quality healthcare by processing referrals, managing beneficiary inquiries, and supporting specialty appointing operations within the MHS GENESIS system.</p><p><strong>Work Schedule &amp; Location</strong></p><p>Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding federal holidays)</p><p>Location: 5050 20th Street E, Fife, WA, 98424</p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Review and process specialty care referrals within required timelines</li><li>Determine whether patients are appointed to the MTF or deferred to the network</li><li>Coordinate specialty appointments and conduct outbound scheduling and reminder calls</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume healthcare environment</li><li>Verify beneficiary eligibility and provide clear guidance on referral status</li><li>Process Secure Messaging System (SMS) appointment requests</li><li>Communicate referral updates, denials, or incomplete requests to providers</li><li>Accurately document all actions in MHS GENESIS</li><li>Support urgent referrals and ensure compliance with access-to-care standards</li><li>Prioritize tasks in alignment with mission requirements</li></ul>",
