You'll provide top notch customer service and enjoy the process of training new apprentices/helpers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Pay and No Work Shortage </strong>Full Commission Split (average earnings $85,000 - 125,000 annually) </li>\n <li><strong>Dedicated on-going training, support, and career growth! </strong>We focus on continued education through hands-on classroom & on-the-job trainings, one on one's, and small group trainings</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off, Sick Time, 6 Paid Holidays per year, and a floating birthday holiday</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Generous benefits package</strong> including Health, Vision, and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from, plus Company Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and so much more</li>\n <li><strong>401K Retirement Plan with company match</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Special Program Options:</strong> FSA, Free Employee Assistance Program, Legal Services, and Identity Theft Protection</li>\n</ul>\n<p>r and sons, penguin air, george brazil, quality, precision air and plumbing, electrical, semper fi, schiller, hackney, Arizona ac, a/c, accurate air, facthvac, fact hvac, air conditioning, bumble bee ac, camelback air, shamrock, hobaica</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)</li>\n <li>Maintain good working order of company vehicle</li>\n <li>Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.</li>\n <li>Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer</li>\n <li>Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency  </li>\n <li>Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement</li>\n <li>Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments</li>\n <li>Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.</li>\n <li>Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What It Takes?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years' experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring</li>\n <li>Type II EPA Certification</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations</li>\n <li>Minimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer.</li>\n <li>Minimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of city codes  </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time</li>\n <li>Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
