Managing a diverse caseload across South Yorkshire, you’ll provide personalised, trauma-informed support designed to help tenants thrive. </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">No two days are the same. You’ll work across Barnsley, Doncaster, and Rotherham, collaborating with partner agencies and local services to build strong, wrap-around support networks. Alongside this, you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team, with access to multiple Target Housing office bases.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Purpose of the Role: </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">To deliver high-quality, person-centred housing and support services that empower residents to sustain their tenancies, overcome challenges, and develop the practical skills needed for independent living—such as managing finances, bills, and daily responsibilities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You’ll be at the heart of each resident’s journey, providing both practical help and encouragement. Your responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supporting residents as they move into and out of Target Housing accommodation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Building trusting relationships and developing tailored support plans based on individual needs and goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Acting as a keyworker, offering guidance, motivation, and practical support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Helping residents maximise income, manage budgets, and navigate the benefits system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Promoting understanding of tenancy rights and responsibilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
