The chemist will work cross&nbsp;functionally with R&amp;D, Quality, and Regulatory teams to support compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\\r\\n\\r\\nNote: this position will be cross trained with other QC lab and testing functions.\\r\\n\\r\\nSupervisory Responsibilities\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tNone.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nEssential Job Duties\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tPerform routine and advanced LC/MS analyses, including method development, optimization, and validation\\r\\n\\tPrepare samples, reagents, calibration standards, and mobile phases for LC/MS testing.\\r\\n\\tMaintain and troubleshoot LC/MS instrumentation, ensuring proper calibration, tuning, and system suitability.\\r\\n\\tAnalyze, interpret, and report LC/MS data using specialized software such as Empower, OpenLAB, or similar.\\r\\n\\tConduct contaminant identification, impurity profiling, degradation studies, and structural elucidation using LC/MS.\\r\\n\\tDevelop and document new analytical methods and SOPs, ensuring regulatory alignment.\\r\\n\\tPerform routine analytical chemistry tasks, including wet chemistry, chromatography analyses, and general QC testing.\\r\\n\\tMaintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks, electronic records, and test reports.\\r\\n\\tCollaborate with scientific teams to support research, quality control, product development, and troubleshooting.\\r\\n\\tEnsure compliance with GMP/GLP, safety regulations, and internal quality systems.\\r\\n\\tParticipate in investigations, out&nbsp;of&nbsp;specification reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\\r\\n\\tAssist in training team members on LC/MS techniques and laboratory best practices, as needed.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nRequired Skills / Mandatory Qualifications\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tStrong hands&nbsp;on experience with LC/MS instrumentation and data analysis.\\r\\n\\tKnowledge of chromatographic theory, mass spectrometry principles, and analytical method development.\\r\\n\\tCritical thinking and advanced problem&nbsp;solving skills.\\r\\n\\tAbility to troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and workflows.\\r\\n\\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.\\r\\n\\tProficiency with laboratory software and electronic data systems.\\r\\n\\tAbility to present analytical findings to technical and non&nbsp;technical audiences.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nEducation and Experience\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (required).\\r\\n\\tMaster&rsquo;s or Ph.D. preferred, especially with focus in analytical or instrumental chemistry.\\r\\n\\t3 to 5 years of hands&nbsp;on laboratory experience, including LC/MS exposure in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industry.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nPhysical Requirements in the Working Environment\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tProlonged periods sitting or standing while operating laboratory instruments.\\r\\n\\t&nbsp;Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed for laboratory supplies and equipment.\\r\\n\\r\\n\",\"employmentType\":\"FULL_TIME\",\"hiringOrganization\":{\"@type\":\"Organization\",\"name\":\"SHAMROCK TECHNOLOGIES INC\",\"logo\":\"https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/application/style/logo?clientkey=818A651DF653140B24B29D3AC2E28F46\"},\"jobLocation\":{\"@type\":\"Place\",\"address\":{\"streetAddress\":\"301 Community Drive\",\"addressLocality\":\"Henderson\",\"addressRegion\":\"KY\",\"postalCode\":42420,\"addressCountry\":\"USA\"}},\"validThrough\":\"-0001-11-30\",\"workHours\":\"1st Shift\"}",
