    "requisitionDescription": "<p>Software Engineer – Machine Learning &amp; Applied Research<br><br>POSITION OVERVIEW: <br><br>IAI is looking for self-motivated software developers at entry, mid and senior levels who are interested in working in a highly agile and dynamic R&amp;D, technology transition and product development environment. Candidates will work collaboratively on the Robotics &amp; Electromechanical Systems (REMS) team as well as supporting the development team to refine research and products in the areas of big data and text, image, video and network analytics. US citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this position.<br>You are highly encouraged to apply if you are excited about writing code, interested in applying the latest technologies throughout the software stack, have strong analytical skills, enjoy finding and fixing bugs, passionate about understanding how things work and want to solve complex problems. <br><br>JOB DUTIES: <br><br>Exact job duties will vary depending on experience/interest:<br>•\tDevelop, design, train and evaluate Deep Learning networks. Focus is in machine vision applications (object detection, recognition) as well as natural language processing.<br>•\tIntegrate novel and existing algorithms (Computer Vision/Machine Learning) into production framework.<br>•\tWork with and/or lead a team or research engineers to develop new algorithms and modules suitable for integration into production framework.<br>•\tDesign, develop, and integrate web services to support existing production applications<br>•\tIntegrate graph, natural language processing, image and video-based algorithms into existing production applications<br>•\tRigorously develop, test and document code<br><br>DESIRED SKILLS: <br><br>Prior experience with one or more of these technologies is a plus, but not required. Training in relevant technologies will be provided as needed.<br>•\t3+ years of experience in related technologies<br>•\tComputer Vision/Machine Learning Technologies: OpenCV, Matlab, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras<br>•\tWeb Frameworks: grails, spring boot, pyramid, flask, django, and/or rails<br>•\tProgramming Languages: Python, C/C++, Java<br>•\tRelational Database/ORM: MySql, MongoDB, hibernate, and/or sqlalchemy<br>•\tNoSQL/Graph Database: Hbase, Cassandra, Neo4j and/or JanusGraph<br>•\tConfiguration Management, Build Tools: Git, Subversion, maven, gradle, jenkins and/or travis<br>•\tDevOps/Deployment Tools: ansible, chef, puppet and/or docker<br>•\tComfortable working in Linux<br><br>EDUCATION: <br><br>A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field is required. <br><br>ABOUT IAI:<br><br>Intelligent Automation, Inc.
