You will pair daily with AI agents to design, build, test, and ship. We do not split front and back across people — we split it across agents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI-driven development. </span>You orchestrate Claude, Cursor, Codex, and our internal agents to ship faster than a traditional team. You write the prompts, you review the output, you own the result.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production code in our platform. </span>JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, and Python where the data lives.
