Grow with us and <strong>be a part of our legacy</strong> in our state-of-the-art production facility!&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Positions in the Screen Department include <strong>Screen Department Operator</strong> and <strong>Screen Print Reclaimer</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What will you do as a Screen Department Operator?</strong></p><ul><li>Operate Emulsion Coating machine</li><li>Operate Eco-Rinse machine</li><li>Operate I-Image machine</li><li>Determine priority orders based on order due dates</li><li>Collaborate with the Art Department</li><li>Read and understand all components of an order</li><li>Prepare and perform quality control of screens</li><li>Properly clean screens to ensure high quality products&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain machines</li><li>Monitor chemical levels</li><li>Maintain service logs&nbsp;</li><li>Assist the Screen Maintenance Department as necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Cross-train to assist with other Screen Department duties</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What will you do as a Screen Print Reclaimer in the Screen Cleaner role?&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Thoroughly clean screens by removing excess ink and tape</li><li>Sort screens by mesh count</li><li>Gather used screens for reclaiming</li><li>Ensure cleanliness of the equipment</li><li>Follow all safety and operational procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Provide back-up to the Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner when necessary</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What will you do as a Screen Print Reclaimer in the Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner role?&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Thoroughly clean flood bars and squeegees by removing excess ink</li><li>Make components available for the next job by loading the drying rack</li><li>Maintain a clean work area</li><li>Provide back-up to the Screen Cleaner when necessary</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Basic computer knowledge</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Willingness to work overtime as necessary</li><li>Ability to learn and apply necessary safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals</li><li>Physical ability to lift 15-20 pounds consistently&nbsp;</li><li>Physical ability to walk/stand 8+ hours on concrete surfaces</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, voluntary short and long term disability and life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off and paid holidays after minimum length of employment has been met.</p><p>C.C.
