We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Real Alloy's facility in <strong>Goodyear, AZ</strong>, is looking to add another <strong>Shipping and Receiving Associate</strong> to our team! This is a critical role in the daily operation of the facility.  We're looking for someone that can <strong>communicate effectively</strong> with fellow employees, customers, truck drivers, contractors, & all visitors entering the plant.  <strong>Safety policies</strong> will need to be understood & explained to those visiting the site.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Mobile equipment experience is helpful! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Monday - Friday</strong> schedule 7am-3pm, overtime as needed.</p>\n<p>$22/hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to efficiently operate forklift, frontend loader, skid steer to unload – reload various materials</li>\n <li>Direct communication with truck traffic </li>\n <li>Load daily out bound waste shipments </li>\n <li>Load waste into tubs using frontend loader </li>\n <li>Receive and properly place incoming material in right bins/piles using frontend loader/forklift </li>\n <li>Legibly complete receiver tickets </li>\n <li>Scale in and out trucks accurately complete MDC logbook </li>\n <li>Lot integrity including material segregation and marking of loads </li>\n <li>Transport stage/ dump raw materials for furnace processing as needed </li>\n <li>Plant cleanup as needed </li>\n <li>Correctly stage and ship plant finished goods </li>\n <li>Other duties deemed necessary </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
