Com mais de 10 reconhecimentos de nossos parceiros, continuamos a vencer em nossos mercados.</span> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Na BringIT, ajudamos empresas a crescer e escalar suas operações com soluções globais baseadas em Oracle NetSuite.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>  •  Lead complex ERP implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-implementation<br>  •  Act as the primary point of contact between clients, executive stakeholders, and internal teams<br>  •  Plan, execute, and control scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality<br>  •  Manage expectations and resolve conflicts with clear, objective, and professional communication<br>  •  Facilitate governance forums, executive steering committees, and status reporting<br>  •  Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)<br>  •  Demonstrate resilience and sound decision-making in high-pressure and fast-changing environments<br>  •  Foster a collaborative, results-driven delivery culture focused on client value</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br>  •  Minimum 6 of proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations<br>  •  Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Totvs, or similar platforms<br>  •  Strong track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and executive exposure<br>  •  Solid expertise in stakeholder management and executive-level communication<br>  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br>  •  Fluent English (minimum C1 level) — frequent interaction with international clients and teams<br>  •  Ability to perform under pressure, demonstrating resilience, emotional maturity, and executive presence<br>  •  Experience in Professional Services / Consulting environments</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span><br>  •  Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or similar<br>  •  Experience in Oracle NetSuite Implementation Projects<br>  •  Experience in international or multicultural projects<br>  •  Functional background in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Services<br>  •  Experience working with hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall)<br>  •  Fluent Spanish</p>",
