In this high-impact, executive-facing role, you will set the vision and direction to empower more than 2,000+ sales and customer success organizations, driving over $1B in revenue. You will shape how our teams operate, reimagine customer engagement, and deliver breakthrough impact at scale by owning three critical areas: orchestrating innovative, AI-powered internal workflow tools to supercharge team performance and efficiency (think account intelligence, meeting insights, automation); expanding cutting-edge, customer-facing AI bots that blend automation and the human touch for millions of business owners via chat, voice, and SMS; and launching and scaling strategic pilots with our go-to-market teams, leading high-visibility initiatives that validate bold AI-driven concepts and drive adoption across the organization. Pilot and scale AI-powered solutions including design, test, and roll out successful pilots with go-to-market teams. What it takes to succeed: A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience is required. Visionary leadership and ability to set ambitious strategies and inspire teams around a bold, disruptive vision. Executive savvy specifically skilled at influencing and aligning with senior leaders to solve complex, high-impact problems. Deep AI fluency, understanding of the latest in AI, voice, and chat automation for both internal tools and customer interactions. Build-or-buy judgment to know when to develop in-house versus leverage external solutions to move at speed and scale. Exceptional communication and ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable insights especially comfortable presenting to SVP and C-level. Strong technical partnership to work closely with engineering leads to define platform roadmap, ensure stability, and scale solutions. Track record of delivering high-impact outcomes and experience running fast, multi-team initiatives in complex organizations. What you'll get: Compensation range is $207,000 and $377,000 annually.
