Your services will be primarily in families’ homes, and at times in the community and schools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Connecting with other agencies (‘customers’) who are working with the youth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Scheduling. Y</span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">our service will focus on helping the family and child, often during non-traditional hours when your clients are available – after school hours and evenings. You have flexibility in setting your schedule.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Documenting. Like all agencies, documenting of case notes and billable hours is required. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Billing. Full-time staff provide 110 client hours per month out of the 173 working hours available in a month (40 hours x 4.3 actual weeks per month). The average client hours are 26-28 hours per week.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">QUALIFICATIONS: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Counselor Level: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">High School Diploma with 4000 hours of working with children and families under the direct clinical supervision of a licensed mental health professional or;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Bachelor's degree with 2000 hours of working with children and families under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional or;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field and completed a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults and children and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields' or;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Master's degree in human services related field.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Licensure Candidate: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Completed master's degree and working toward licensure <span>(LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
