Lead <b>strategic transformation projects</b> for AGS that improve productivity, drive <b>operational excellence</b>, streamline business processes, influence business strategy, accelerate growth, deliver cost reduction, and embed continuous improvement across the organization. Own the <b>complete project lifecycle</b> — from as-is analysis, opportunity identification and quantification, and development of improvement streams and solutions, through stakeholder buy-in and implementation.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This is a <b>high-impact role</b> requiring relentless <b>change management</b> drive, rewarded with material impact to business-unit performance.
