Our corporate office has planted roots in Tampa, FL, but we hire Cosmetic Team Leads all over the nation. We're hiring immediately!  </p>\n<p><strong>For more information, please call our hotline at 813-712-2511 or text us at 844-786-0603.</strong></p>\n<h2>Minimum Pay</h2>USD $17.00/Hr.\n<h2>Maximum Pay</h2>USD $18.00/Hr.\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Mileage & Travel Pay where applicable </li>\n <li>Per Diem & Hotel for Travelers</li>\n <li>Limited benefit plans for everyday illnesses and accidents</li>\n <li>Weekly Pay Schedule</li>\n <li>Early Wage Access</li>\n <li>W2 Employment</li>\n <li>Assignments can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume, how far you are willing to travel, and willingness to accept various other projects offered</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Channel Partners and its’ business units in all interactions with our retail partners, its’ customers and external vendors.</li>\n <li>Carry out the needs of the company while supporting all Channel Partners policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly with Project Manager and/or District Manager on assigned project updates, wins and opportunities.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities within assigned project and collaborate with Project Manager or District Manager on specific action plan to correct.</li>\n <li>Ensure any project related reporting and scheduling are submitted on-time with accuracy.</li>\n <li>Create a positive and engaging team environment with an open-door communication policy.</li>\n <li>Delegate and monitor team performance to assigned project providing additional coaching and training where needed.</li>\n <li>Motivate team members by providing positive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.</li>\n <li>Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.</li>\n <li>Maintain safety standards per OSHA required guidelines and report accidents immediately. </li>\n <li>Responsible to bring assigned project in or under budgeted hours.</li>\n <li>Maintain safety standards per OSHA required guidelines and report accidents immediately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of two years’ retail industry experience, including merchandising, cosmetic resets and leadership experience. </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of cosmetic brands, as well as the cosmetic fixtures and graphics.</li>\n <li>Ability to lead and train a team on cosmetic resets, while ensure the aisle remains shoppable.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal including written and oral communication and customer support skills.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans with knowledge of blueprints; able to cross reference multiple documents.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, internet access, and basic tools.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently or as a member of a team.</li>\n <li>Computer software knowledge, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.</li>\n <li>Personal mobile device required</li>\n <li>Be willing to travel minimum 50%</li>\n <li>Possible nights and weekends</li>\n <li>95% of time dedicated to physical work: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time, Lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment also required</li>\n <li>Lifting 50lbs+ of weight (frequently); repetitive motions</li>\n <li>Precarious or high locations may be required; will be required to frequently climb and descend ladders</li>\n <li>Possible daily and/or overnight travel required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Information</h2>\n<p>Channel Partners Solutions is an equal opportunity employer in every aspect of employment, including but not limited to; selection, training, development and promotion of the most qualified candidates and employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by state or local law.
