Because of the support nature of the role, it is essential to understand the responsibilities of the roles you cover, maintain flexibility, and work as a team to meet company goals. Clear, timely communication with your manager and/or ASM is essential. Weekend and holiday work may be required based on scheduling needs.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Primary Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must always comply with company Health and Safety rules</li><li>Must have the ability to work well with other employees and follow directions from management</li><li>Always conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner to ALL customers as well as employees</li><li>Complete all duties reasonably assigned by Supervisor</li><li>Cover Sales Representatives’ PTO</li><li>Work the Hand Held</li><li>Make and maintain price tags in accounts</li><li>Work the product in back rooms and cold vaults in accounts</li><li>Rotate CBG products and maintain adequate freshness in all accounts</li><li>Make accurate orders</li><li>Communicate with store owners, managers, and employees</li><li>Cover Merchandisers’ PTO</li><li>Rotate and refresh stock and advertising according to set directions</li><li>Assist in unloading and delivery of products</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service in conjunction with the Sales team to service designated customer</li><li>Communicate with store managers and store employees</li><li>Cover Call In’s&nbsp;</li><li>Must be adaptable to last-minute schedule changes</li><li>Able to work in a timely manner</li><li>Available to work weekends last-minute</li><li>Reset Stores</li><li>Must be able to understand and implement Planogram layouts in all retail accounts</li><li>Must be able to move, clean, or install shelving, racks, coolers, and any display fixtures as needed</li><li>Must be able to remove old/discontinued items while maintaining a clean and orderly work area</li><li>When the job is complete, leave the account in a cleaner state than on first arrival&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>** This role may or may not (dependent upon geography) be inclusive of selling and merchandising both non-alcohol Coca-Cola associated brands (NA) and Molson Coors alcohol related brands (Alc).</p><p><br></p>",
