Our services include emergency shelter, transitional housing, rental subsidies, mental health services, substance recovery, and wraparound services. All our services are trauma-sensitive and client-centered and are provided at no cost to our clients. There are no barriers to participate in our programs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">RP is led by survivors with a focus on reflection, innovation, and connection.  We believe in fostering relationships, both in our direct service work and throughout our internal work culture. You are flexible, creative, and take initiative in handling emergencies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">What qualifications are required for this position?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You are also:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">21 years of age or older</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Someone with a minimum of two years of experience working in social services or a similar field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experienced in crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case management, and client advocacy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Someone who exhibits integrity and good moral character to provide appropriate care to youth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Someone with relevant experience and/or qualifications to work with youth and youth with special needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route if working directly with clients, including Varicella, MMR, TDap or Tdap, and Influenza</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experienced with previous work in a domestic violence and/or homeless setting providing direct services to youth (experience may substitute for education requirement)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Someone who has not engaged in any form of child abuse or neglect or related offenses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experienced in working with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experienced working with immigrant communities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledgeable in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Holding or willing to obtain the State-mandated 40-hour Domestic Violence Counselor certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to lift 25 lbs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to complete background check, fingerprinting (Live Scan), and all Community Care Licensing requirements, including STRTP Group Home Administration Training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">In possession of a valid CA driver's license, proof of insurance, and be approved by RP insurance as a driver in order to drive agency vehicles.  If a staff member cannot be approved by RP insurance as a driver, employment might not be able to continue.  Instances where staff cannot be approved to drive will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if employment can continue in their role without driving agency vehicles.  Items considered include but are not limited to: the shift the staff member holds and the frequency/necessity of driving during that shift, the amount of time before the staff member may be approved to drive by the insurance carrier, the availability of other staff on site to drive agency vehicles as program needs require, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide supervision to weekend youth advocates and on-call advocates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Require participation in a monthly on-call rotation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct weekly staff supervision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Become familiar with CARF Accreditation Youth Group Home Standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Become familiar with Mental Health Certification requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Become familiar with Medi-cal Billing for services and requirements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Program Coordinator provides overall program support and assistance to the Facility Manager, Senior Program Manager, Director of Youth Residential, Case Management staff, and program operations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Program Coordinator will coordinate and provide administrative support, case management, and shift coverage for the overall operation and function of Restorative Pathways youth programs, including Phoenix Rising and Lena’s House. Populations served include survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other violent crimes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Program Coordinator will receive STRTP Group Home Administrator training and they are expected to take the exam to become certified administrator. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct general inspection of facility and log maintenance needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform telephone screening and intake for potential clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support daily program operations and administrative needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in case management meetings, conferences, and debriefs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide case management coverage as needed (including after hours, weekends, holidays)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supervise and support youth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor academics, attendance, and school performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Submit requests for groceries, household items, and clothing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement daily and monthly schedules (study time, room inspections, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and oversee weekly menus with youth input</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track dietary, religious, and cultural needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Apply the Reasonable and Prudent Parent Standard</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate updates to staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide crisis intervention</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure documentation collection and compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Plan and coordinate activities and outings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track resident belongings inventory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to progress notes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist with data entry and clerical tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide staff training and trauma-informed services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain monthly activities calendar</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate religious services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Orient new residents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support general shelter operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete functional timesheets by assigned due dates in compliance with time allocations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Actively participate in reflective supervision sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to job duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, in person position. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, multitasking, and managing frequent interruptions. Local travel in the greater Bay Area may be required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Applying</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The pay scale for this role is $78,000 per year (exempt).
