font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a 6 month contract role</span>.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Order Fulfillment/Processing</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage and execute retail operations flow, including PO/SO processing, invoicing, inventory allocation, product updates, portal management, and EDI processes</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicate order status and commit dates to the retail team and client; manage escalation internally on late or critical orders driving delays</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee client PO and production timelines, work with vendors to ensure </span><span>timely</span><span> completion of active </span><span>POs;</span><span> record and track production statuses</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage multiple concurrent projects (all at </span><span>different stages</span><span> of the product development cycle)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Gather and update vendor pricing, quotes, and order quantities; Manage and update COGS</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control project changes, minimize risks, and keep the team accountable for their deliverables</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee domestic and global production (China factories, US, and 3rd party vendors)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Generate and </span><span>submit</span><span> invoices for all retail orders; follow up on payment status as needed; Enable department stores’ EDI compliance, </span><span>review</span><span> and report chargebacks; investigate and dispute charges with retailers as needed</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Negotiate pricing with vendors and factories to enable strategic advantage for Twelve, while maintaining a strong vendor partnership </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify </span><span>optimal</span><span> shipment and transportation routes for warehousing/distribution</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate transportation and delivery of finished goods, components, and shipping materials; Ensure proper documentation and tracking of domestic and international transportation</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar role, with at least 7+ years of industry experience </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with Prop 65, REACH testing and social compliance </span><span>required</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Extensive knowledge of shipping and distribution channels</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Knowledge of product QA/QC standards </span><span>required</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Competency in Microsoft platforms (Excel, </span><span>Powerpoint</span><span>, Word), Google platforms, project management </span><span>tools</span><span> and the ability to quickly master and implement new applications and systems</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>An agile, resourceful problem solver that can adapt within a constantly evolving business</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task – must be able to keep up with multiple clients, emails, timelines, launches, purchase orders simultaneously and with accuracy and timeliness</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and prioritizes relationship building with both internal team and client guides</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong knowledge of EDI and ASN data flows, shipping optimization, vendor compliance and routing guide standards, familiarity with FDA regulatory compliance, and overall distribution and supply chain trends</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience managing direct reports</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>NetSuite experience strongly preferred</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>EDI/SPS Commerce experience preferred</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
