You will be responsible for the structural design and implementation of the Citra technology from an engineering perspective into ongoing projects, with a strong focus on project and engineering management. You will collaborate with our R&amp;D and Excellence Departments within the Engineering Division to ensure we deliver projects successfully. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage all aspects of project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and manage a Structural Engineering Team through all stages of design to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform structural analyses on both conventional and Citra Buildings and Structures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform conceptual and detailed structural designs and incorporate Citra Building Technologies </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Compile and submit rational design reports where necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with and assist international engineering firms through the design process of international projects that incorporates the Citra Building Technologies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Explore and obtain certification for non-standard building materials, elements or systems where necessary</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelors degree in structural/civil engineering </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 5 years experience as structural engineer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Professionally registered engineer with ECSA</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent project and engineering management and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Keen on leading an international team of professionals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with reinforced concrete and masonry materials for design and analysis according to local and  international norms (Eurocode, SANS, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Skilled in Finite Element Modelling (FEM)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Highly motivated and attention to detail</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Masters degree in structural engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">8+ years experience in structural engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with alternative construction methods and materials </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Eager to learn and adopt new materials, technologies, and construction methods</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Application</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Please submit your application including CV and cover letter by no later than the 31st of May 2026.
