This role assists skilled tradespeople, helps maintain a safe and organized work environment, and contributes to the successful completion of projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with general construction and site preparation activities</li>\n<li>Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment</li>\n<li>Perform basic demolition, cleanup, and debris removal</li>\n<li>Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively</li>\n<li>Support concrete, carpentry, and other trade work as directed</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and safe work areas</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures<br></li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n<li>Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required</li>\n<li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and dependable attendance</li>\n<li>Ability to work in varying weather conditions</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday</li>\n<li>Ability to work at heights and in active construction environments<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work will primarily be performed on active construction job sites and may require travel to various project locations. </li>\n</ul>",
