In this flexible role, you will provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, helping to ensure their safety, comfort, and independence.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing assessment, care planning, and clinical oversight to clients receiving services through SmithLife Homecare on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising the Plan of Care, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable Maryland COMAR and Washington, DC Home Support Agency regulations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The RN plays a critical leadership role in supporting care transitions, managing changes in condition, and guiding caregivers and LPNs in the home setting.</p><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Maryland and/or Washington, DC&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Graduate of an accredited school of nursing&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or community-based)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with geriatric populations and chronic disease management strongly preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current CPR/BLS certification required&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Clinical Assessment &amp;
