This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Branch Manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Follows and incorporates First Bank’s Core Values.</li><li>Provides a complete range of First Bank’s services and assists customers with account related requests such as: open, close and maintain deposit account relationships</li><li>Funds transfers</li><li>Automatic funds transfers (AFTs)</li><li>Unauthorized ACH requests</li><li>Stop payments</li><li>Inquiries regarding bank deposit products and service charges</li><li>Inquiries regarding ATM and Debit Card usage and limits</li><li>Inquiries about checking and savings accounts transactions</li><li>Inquiries about funds availability</li><li>Check verification requests by third parties</li><li>On-line banking and electronic issues</li><li>Account Maintenance</li><li>Address Changes</li><li>Assist the Tellers as needed</li><li>Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other Bank departments.</li><li>Recommend, present and cross-sell Bank products and services based on customers needs.</li><li>Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all Bank products and services.</li><li>Perform necessary maintenance on existing customer accounts.</li><li>Relate customer requests for service charge refunds to Branch Manager/Retail Banking Supervisor and process paperwork to refund customer service charges.</li><li>Verify information on ATM/Debit Card application to the information in customer database.</li><li>Place narratives on accounts with any updates, changes, or important information.</li><li>Perform customer requested search, including printing statement and check copies.</li><li>Issue new, maintain and/or delete debit cards within system.</li><li>Contacts customers in reference to possible fraud on their account or debit card.</li><li>Transfer funds to cover customer overdrafts as directed by Branch Manager.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall operation and profitability of the Bank.</li><li>Completes all mandatory compliance related training within required deadlines and participates in any additional training assignments.</li><li>Represents the Bank in the community through good customer relations.</li></ul>",
