Join us as we change the future of addiction healthcare.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you believe in recovery, harm reduction, and member-centered care — this is your place.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong>$57,625 – $68,761 *Based on experience, and education</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>What You’ll Do</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.</li>\n <li>Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.</li>\n <li>Monitor member progress and document outcomes.</li>\n <li>Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.</li>\n <li>Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master's degree</li>\n <li><p>Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, MCAP, CAP <strong>w</strong><strong>ith ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states </strong></p></li>\n <li>Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.</li>\n <li>High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.</li>\n <li>Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.</li>\n <li>Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.</li>\n <li><p><em>Preferred Qualifications:</em></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p><strong><em>Bilingual in English and Spanish</em></strong> (written and verbal proficiency preferred)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT</li>\n <li><strong>Florida Background Screening Requirement: </strong>As a condition of employment for positions providing care to vulnerable populations, the selected candidate must undergo a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
