The Fit Model will be responsible for trying on sample garments that represent a standard customer size.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position responsibilities and daily tasks:</strong></p><p>Model garments and clothing samples in front of team members in a timely manner.</p><p>Clearly Communicate the fit of the garment considering the sizing, comfortability, etc.</p><p>Monitoring their body measurements to ensure consistency for customer sizing purposes, and addressing any changes with the head of Tech and pattern team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:</strong></p><p>Must be able and willing to try on All categories of garments</p><p>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time</p><p>Must always have proper fitting gears and garments as required by the company.</p><p>Flexible and adaptable to a very fast-paced environment</p><p>Must be able perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as, bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):</strong></p><p>Measurements must fit the target dimensions of the garment for our standard customer size&nbsp;</p><p>Must have experience participating in fittings</p><p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. &nbsp;At REVOLVE we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
