The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Go (Golang), deep knowledge of microservices architecture, and the ability to guide technical decisions across teams while remaining actively involved in development.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><br><b>Architecture & Design</b><ul><li>Lead end-to-end system architecture design for backend platforms using Go (Golang)</li><li>Define microservices architecture, service boundaries, and communication patterns (REST/gRPC, event-driven)</li><li>Design systems for high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and performance</li><li>Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical standards</li><li>Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools</li></ul><br><br><b>Development & Technical Leadership</b><ul><li>Provide hands-on development support in Golang for core services and critical components</li><li>Establish Go best practices for concurrency, memory management, error handling, and performance optimization</li><li>Design and build RESTful APIs and gRPC services</li><li>Guide teams on clean code, design patterns, and Go idioms</li><li>Participate in and lead code reviews and design discussions</li></ul><br><br><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b><ul><li>10+ years of overall software engineering experience</li><li>4+ years of hands-on Golang (Go) development</li><li>Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Architect</li><li>Strong experience with:</li><li>Microservices architecture</li><li>RESTful APIs and gRPC</li><li>Distributed systems and concurrent programming</li><li>Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)</li><li>Experience in Retail or large-scale consumer-facing systems (preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>",
