Looking for a forward-thinking manager that can leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated workflows to manage compliance risk. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Compliance Program, support and manage bank-wide programs including, but not limited to, regulatory change management, complaint management, enterprise risk management (ERM) coordination, and Board and committee reporting. Manage implementation for large compliance projects. Responsibilities Assist with the AI adoption strategy for the department, including identifying high-impact use cases, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance, developing organizational capabilities, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Define and monitor KPIs for AI adoption, including risk reduction and customer experience improvement. Lead day-to-day execution of the Bank’s regulatory change management program, including intake, tracking, and governance of regulatory changes across consumer, corporate, and safety and soundness regulations. Maintain regulatory change inventories, change logs, and associated documentation to support examinations and internal audit. Track and work with business to implement complex (non-consumer) regulatory change, assist with action plans, developing or adapting policies, and supporting enhancements to risk control self-assessments (when applicable). Monitor regulatory implementation for projects managed under other Compliance Officers. Administer and manage the Bank-wide complaint program. Develop and maintain methodologies to ensure adequacy of reporting, manage workflow and documentation, work with Compliance Officers to analyze trends and risks. Perform quarterly reporting and follow-up actions on any trends. Assist with managing risk-based compliance testing and monitoring activities. Serve as a key liaison with Enterprise Risk Management to align the policies and initiatives of Corporate Compliance to ensure alignment of compliance risks with the enterprise risk taxonomy and risk appetite framework. Prepare clear, concise compliance materials for management risk committees and the Board. Develop dashboards, trend analyses, and summaries for the Compliance department. Assist with preparing responses for regulatory examinations, audits, and issue remediation. Serve as key point of contact as a Center of Excellence for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Compliance Management System, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Focus will be on standards, consistency, quality, methodology, and regulatory alignment. Perform and/or manage issue validation of Compliance related issues. May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience with regulatory compliance in a banking environment; knowledge of banking regulations and guidance (CFPB and FRB) Experience with project implementation and management Experience managing and developing staff Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Artificial Intelligence is required Proven leadership in developing and executing AI/automation strategies at scale. Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, Generative AI platforms, and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot). Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery mindset and cross-functional influence. Additional Desired Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., JD, CRCM) are preferred. Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery mindset and cross-functional influence. Experience in audit or as regulatory examiner desirable. Strong regulatory judgment and risk awareness. Program build and project management skills. Ability to influence within the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience communicating with all levels of management and writing reports. Collaborative and good at building and leveraging relationships. Analytical and critical thinking. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $170,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
