We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Greet guests and provide accurate information on schedules, routes, pricing, and policies</li><li>Actively engage the general public along the riverfront and surrounding areas</li><li>“Pound the pavement” to generate interest and drive same-day ticket sales</li><li>Initiate conversations, overcome objections, and close sales on the spot</li><li>Promote upgrades, premium experiences, and cross-brand offerings</li><li>Distribute wristbands and boarding passes, and assist with wayfinding and boarding</li><li>Support crowd flow and manage mobile kiosk traffic during peak times</li><li>Process electronic POS transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready booths and kiosks</li><li>Restock brochures and supplies; communicate with operations regarding capacity and scheduling</li><li>Assist with special events and other operational needs as required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Energetic, outgoing, friendly, and warm personality</li><li>Strong outbound sales mindset—you are comfortable approaching and engaging strangers</li><li>Confidence in selling, handling objections, and closing deals</li><li>Motivation to hit and exceed sales goals (uncapped earning potential)</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Accuracy and accountability with POS transactions</li><li>Attention to detail in guest interactions and boarding processes</li><li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments</li><li>Pride in maintaining a professional and inviting sales space</li></ul><p><strong>Physical &amp; Schedule Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, sun, cold, wind, rain)</li><li>Comfortable in high-traffic, guest-facing environments</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light supplies</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>$15/hour base pay + 3% uncapped commission on all sales</li><li>The more you sell, the more you earn—no cap</li><li>Medical &amp; ancillary benefits (Full-time Employees)</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Subsidized parking</li><li>Complimentary cruise tickets &amp; brand discounts</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to help Nashville Riverboats make waves?
