Train supervise and monitor performance of staff to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations during shift.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></u></p><ul><li>Supervise the operation of up to seven gaming tables.</li><li>Ensure fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies.</li><li>Promote positive guest relations. Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes.</li><li>In collaboration with shift manager, coordinate dealer work schedules and ensure that games are supplied with sufficient and proper equipment.</li><li>Creates a positive, professional atmosphere for staff and guests.</li><li>Instill an atmosphere that encourages staff to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve conflicts.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
